The ATCO Clean Energy Innovation Park
The ATCO Clean Energy Innovation park (CEIP) is a commercial scale, green hydrogen production facility. In conjunction with joint venture partner Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG), the CEIP is intended to establish Australia’s first commercial scale green hydrogen supply chain, including a 10MW electrolyser and plant capable of producing up to 4.0 tonnes of hydrogen per day, along with storage and delivery to the gas network injection points. The project has received $28.7M in funding from the Australian Renewable Energy Agency and should begin operation in 2022.
Stevan was appointed President ATCO’s Gas Division in August 2018 having first joined the business in 2017 as General Manager Assets and Engineering Innovation. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the resources industry including senior roles with Shell and BHP. Stevan’s expertise covers project management, compliance and managing external business risks, and the practical application of state-of-the-art technologies.
