NSW YPF - Networking Evening October
This event provides both an opportunity for NSW YPF members to get together and a chance to meet research students doing cutting edge research on future fuels as part of Future Fuels CRC. Many of the students whose research is supported by Future Fuels CRC will be in Sydney for some professional development training sessions and, as part of these activities, the CRC is collaborating with APGA/YPF to put on a social event.
At this event you will have the chance to meet students doing research on a wide range of important topics including: hydrogen embrittlement of pipeline steels, biomethane injection into gas networks, future fuels production technologies and approaches (e.g. hydrogen production technologies), future gas and electricity system integration, end-use appliance testing and development (both industrial and domestic appliances, gas turbines etc), and underground hydrogen storage, amongst other interesting topics relevant to the future of gas.
Last year a similar highly successful event was run in Adelaide in collaboration with the South Australian chapter of YPF. This year’s event promises to be similarly enjoyable.
