Decades of the Pipeline Industry


With nearly 40 years in the industry, Mark has a wealth of experience to share at many levels. His views on where the pipeline and energy industry is headed will also be illuminating.

As Fyfe Executive Chairman, Mark is actively involved in business development and generating project opportunities for the company, as well as overseeing the Fyfe Board and being readily available to Fyfe staff and clients.

Mark has made major and sustained contributions to the pipeline industry over 40 years, spearheading work opportunities for nearly 1200 people over four decades. In Mark’s role as Executive Chairman of Fyfe, he continues one of his most notable contributions: that of encouraging others in the industry to achieve success.

Mark has held various roles at Fyfe, including 14 years as Managing Director. He is motivated by the relationships he has developed with his staff and clients, and enjoys seeing both the company, and people flourish.

Mark is the current President of the South Australian Chamber of Mines and Energy (SACOME), Past President of the Australian Pipeline and Gas Association, and holds membership with the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD); Petroleum Exploration Society of Australia; and APGA.
